Circle of Light Festival Backing to Ostankino
Today, on evening September 23, 0217, the opening ceremony of the VII Moscow International Festival "Circle of Light" will be held again in Ostankino (last time it was there in October 2014). Ostankino tower and the surface of the Ostankino Pond will be again part of the amazing multimedia light show with fireworks. During the popular festival, the beloved capital will once again take on the appearance of the amazing City of light!
The Circle of Light Moscow International Festival is an annual event at which light designers and 2D and 3D graphic designers utilize the urban space of Moscow as the canvas for multimedia and light installations. Entrance to any Festival venue is free. This year the festival will open on September 23 and will last until September 27.
