While using Arthur's service's on a recent visit to Moscow, I would recommed him highly. His command of English is impecable as well as his knowledge of Moscow and Russian history. He was never late for an appointment and was very willing to take us to wherever we wanted without hesitation. We lost our plane tickets from Moscow to Stockholm and he was instrumental in help us with the ticket agent to resolve the situation. Without his acting as an interpreter we would have had a great deal of difficulty. I would not hesitate to put all my trust in Arthur and I am certaily looking forward to meeting him again in my travels. Lou
