From the moment I found Arthur on the Internet, he has been a real pleasure to deal with.
The booking was set up before we arrived in Moscow and he made us feel very safe and secure in a country where the language is very difficult to understand.
Arthur arrived at the hotel exactly on time and it was like meeting an old friend! He drove us into town and chatted all the way there, putting us at ease. He explained where we were going and what we could expect to see. All the extra pieces of info that you would not get from walking round, reading the descriptions of the exhibits. We went to see the changing of the guard, Lenins tomb, The Armoury, the diamond exhibition, Red Square, Gym store, The Kremlin, St Basil's and had a meal at a Ukranian restaurant. A fabulous day with a fabulous host. I would recommend Arthur's services to anyone considering a trip to Moscow. After a few hours with him, we could conquer the city on our own feeling confident with proper bearings.
