The Finest Square Before Christmas
View of Moscow Kremlin wall and towers, Lenin’s Tomb and St. Basil’s cathedral at Red Square before upcoming New 2006 Year. Through the ages Red Square changed its name many times. It received the present name "Krasnaya", that in Old Russian language means "Fine" or "Beautiful", only at the end of 17th century and have no any political background in its name.
