Monument to the 4th Guards Kuban Cossack Corps near the village of Kushchevskaya, located at 1142 km on the Federal Highway M4 Don

Here, in August 1942, the Guardsmen of the Kuban Cossack Corps stood to death, defending the gates of the Caucasus, surprising the whole world with their resilience and grandeur of the spirit. The war memorial was built in 1967.
