Bird Flying over Water at House on Kotelnicheskaya Embankment
The high-rise building on Kotelnicheskaya embankment of Moskva River is one of the seven Stalinist skyscrapers laid down in September, 1947 (during celebrations of 800th anniversary of Moscow city) and completed in 1952. It was designed by prominent Soviet architects Dmitry Chechylin and Andrei Rostkovsky.
On this picture is the view of the main tower of the elite Soviet residential building from Bolshoy Ustinsky Bridge. The tower has 32 levels (including mechanical floors) and is 176 meters (577 ft) tall. The house on Kotelnichekaya embankment is located on the junction of the Moskva and Yauza rivers and the bird on the picture is flying to a small bridge over mouth of Yauza River.
