View from the area of Archbishop Palace and White Chamber (built on a high basement) on the grounds of Rostov Kremlin with the architectural ensemble of the 17th-century buildings in the winter season. On the picture (from the left to the right): white wall and beautiful porch of the Red Chamber (1670s), the former residence for tsars coming to Rostov Velikiy (The Great) city; the tall Gate Church of St. John the Devine with attractive green onion-shaped domes (1670s); Muscovite baroque church of Virgin Hodegetria ( 1690s); mighty walls and elegant curved towers of the fortress (1670s).

Photo #102 taken on February 12, 2020 in Rostov Velikiy during the long-distance countryside tour to the cities of Golden Ring of Russia with my Dear clients from Mexico, Xavier and Antonio.
