Sculpture of a woman-sphinx with a ball at the Southern facade of Massandra Palace near Yalta, Crimea. The palace was built at the end of the 19th century in the style of Louis XIII of France (French chateaux of the Renaissance) and belonged to Russian Emperor Alexander III.

Golitsyn Trail

The famous trail of Golitsyn is a popular tourist route in mountains located to the south-west of Novy Svet village-resort in Crimea. The mountain path carved along the slopes of Koba-Kaya Mount, also known as the Eagle (Rus: Oryol) Mountain, by the order of Prince Lev Golitsin Lev for the arrival of Tsar Nicholas II in 1912.
