Kuskovo estate in Moscow is a unique monument of arts and culture of the 18th century. The Italian House was built in 1754-55 by project of Russian architect Yuriy Kologrivov in the style of late Renaissance to resemble an Italian country villa of the 17th century in the estate belonged to one of the wealthiest families in Russia, Sheremetyevs. An interior of the Cottage furnished with Italian and Italianesque paintings, furnishings and sculptures.
