Crowned Sign with Baroque Style
Front view of the Church of the Sign of the Virgin in the settlement of Dubrovitsy near Moscow under light white clouds. The church was built in 1690-1704 on money of Prince Boris Golitsyn* by architects from Switzerland. The legend says that the church was built as a sign of reconciliation between Golitsyn and Peter the Great, and that the tzar even helped to build it.
