Old Wooden Church Framed by Tree in Winter Twilight

Covered snow old wooden church of St. Nicholas on the grounds of Suzdal’s Kremlin framed by birch tree in the winter twilight. The timber church was built in the village Grotovo in Yuriyev-Polsky District in 1766. In 1960, when a special place had not been allotted for the Museum of Wooden Architecture and Peasant Life yet, the wooden church was moved and assembled right nearby the main cathedral of Suzdal Kremlin.
