Moscow Parks and Estates

Moscow has many large and pleasant parks, some are pretty plain, while others have ponds or even beaches, but there are also a few historical parks, the former estates that preserved old palaces and churches and became state museums and national parks. Among them are parks and estates in Arkhangelskoe, Tsaritsyno, Kuskovo, Kolomenskoe, Ostankino and a few others. This section of my website will introduce the most famous of them, including medieval churches, elegant country houses and a number of glorious landscape gardens, which are definitely worth visiting if you have some spare time in Moscow to enjoy its beautiful landscapes.
