He took us shopping several times and even bargained with the vendors for us. I just wish we'd had more time for sightseeing and MORE shopping while in Moscow because Arthur would have been ready to drive us there! Call Arthur as soon as you know you are going to Moscow; he books up fast!

He was always exceptionally punctual (especially considering Moscow traffic, but Artur knows the city really well), kind and professional. Besides, it's a nice guy too. We heard about Arthur before we travelled so we booked him for Airport transfers and some shopping & sightseeing. He was FANTASTIC! We had another few friends who wanted to also use his services so Arthur brought along another driver Dima to accommodate us! Besides being way cheaper that the hotel transportation or regular taxis he offers a super service. He's interesting, friendly and nothing is too much to ask him to do. He took me shopping with a friend and helped pick out baby formuala and other essential food items. He then packed groceries & carried them to the car - what more could you ask for!! A truly Moscow Star!

On our first trip, we were introduced to Aurthur by another couple at the tail end of our first week. Earlier in the week we struggled with everything from finding Red Square to exchanging money and even finding a decent place to eat. So on our return trip we capitalized on Aurthur. From the Moscow tours to the Open Air Market to the airport shuttle service, Aurthur was super. His knowledge, friendship and protective nature made our STRESSFUL trip a little less stressful and much more enjoyable. It was truely like having a good friend in Russia.
