While using Arthur's service's on a recent visit to Moscow, I would recommed him highly. His command of English is impecable as well as his knowledge of Moscow and Russian history. He was never late for an appointment and was very willing to take us to wherever we wanted without hesitation. We lost our plane tickets from Moscow to Stockholm and he was instrumental in help us with the ticket agent to resolve the situation. Without his acting as an interpreter we would have had a great deal of difficulty. My husband and I used Arthur's professional services on our first-ever trip to Moscow; during our adoption process. He took us to all the popular tourist destinations...The Kremlin, Red Square, St. Basil's Cathedral, GUM and along Old Arabat Street for good bargain shopping. On the way to the airport, we treated him at his favorite Russian pub. We got to try new Russian foods which were all fantastic! He is very knowledgeable about his city and explains the history to his clients with confidence and pride. If it wouldn't have been for Arthur we would not have seen Moscow the way we did! During our second trip to finalize the adoption of our baby boy we did not have the extra time for sightseeing and besides, Arthur was already booked with other clients so we did not get to see him. We were saddened, because we truly felt we'd met a friend! But living up to his expectations, Arthur called our hotel room "just to say hello and best wishes to our new family". What a fantastic guy! One thing that stands out about Arthur is his professionalism and the way he carries himself with confidence, and he is by far the best English-speaking Russian we met! Arthur is a really great tour guide.As you can read from previous comments , you can imagine what a GREAT GUY he is. Well , I would like to add that not only his attitude , punctuality , knowledge are good , he is 1 of the best english speaker I've heard so far during my 2 & 1/2 year stay in Moscow. Athur is absolutley FANTASTIC. We travelled to mocsow recently as Jenagh is adopted from there..We really got taste of russian life and food. Artur was at our every beckon call.. Always punctional and trustworthy. I would definatley use his services again.It was important for my daughter to have and good time in her country of birth and she CERTAINLY DID!!!
