«Seagull Flying at the Cliff of Kara Dag Mount»

The fly of a seagull is taken from a boat with background of the ancient volcanic rock formation of the Kara Dag Mountain (“Black Mount”) at South coast of Crimea between Koktebel and Kurortnoye. The Black Mount rises to a height of 577 meters.

At the Gates of Cathedral Square at Sunset

Last rays of the setting sun highlight the magnificent architectural ensemble of Rostov Kremlin from the entrance into Cathedral Square. The churches and towers of the Kremlin covered with beautiful clouds at the moment. The kremlin of Rostov Velikiy (The Great) was built by efforts of the Metropolitan Iona Sysoyevich in 17th century and consists of three relatively independent functional zones: the Cathedral Square at the left, the bishop's yard in the middle, and the Metropolitan Gardens at the right side close to the lake Nero.
