«Picturesque Bay Framed with Trees at Chekhov’s Dacha»

View from terrace of Anton Chekhov’s summer house (dacha) in Guzuf on picturesque bay in Gurzuf, a settlement in Southern part of Crimea located few kilometers from Yalta. Here, on January 1900, Chekhov has got a new dacha where he lived with his family, mother and sister, about five years and worked on the first act of the drama “Three Sisters”.

The famous Adalary Rocks can be seen from this bay and appear far away in background of this picture.
