Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building

Kotelnicheskaya Embankment Building was laid down in the September of 1947 and finished in 1952, and happens to be one of Stalinist skyscrapers. It was built according to the designs of Andrei Rostkovsky and Dmitry Chechylin in a neo-gothic style, making it somewhat similar to the Hotel Metropol.
