= Stunning Spasskaya Tower in Volcanic Fire = Fascinating Second Festival of Light in Moscow “Circle of Light 2012” showed on Red Square the breathtaking program of formation and history of our beautiful planet. The Savior Tower (Spasskaya Bashnya) is the main and the most impressive tower of Moscow Kremlin built by design of Italian architects at the end of 15th century as a part of protection of the residence of Moscow princes and later Russian tsars. The top level with spire was added to the tower in middle of 17th century, and huge clock with chimneys was installed in 19th century. The magnificent Spasskaya tower is symbol and emblem of Moscow city, the capital of Russia, as well as, for example, Big Ben in London.
