«Touring Novodevichy»

The picture of mine taken on my camera by my Dear clients from USA, Eric Bruun and Amanda Root, during a tour of the beautiful Novodevichy convent. On the background of this photo is standing majestic Smolensky cathedral with silver and gold onion domes. It was built in 1525 by Grand Prince of Moscow Vasily (Basil) III in commemoration the conquest of the city of Smolensk from Polish and Lithuanian invaders. Novodevichy convent is one of the most beautiful architectural ensembles in Moscow that was called “The Second Kremlin”.
