«Hotel Ukraina and World Trade Center in Spring Twilight»

Illuminated Hotel Ukraina (Radisson Collection Hotel) and modern buildings of World Trade Center Moscow with reflections on the surface of Moskva river at nice spring evening in twilight. The view from Krasnopresnenskaya embankment.

The luxury Radisson Collection Hotel (former hotel Ukraina) is one the famous seven high-rises in Moscow that are known as “Stalinist skyscrapers” or “Seven Sisters” laid in 1947 to commemorate 800th anniversary of Moscow city. The majestic building standing on Embankment of Ukrainian writer Tarasa Shevchenko in front of the Russian Government's White House and not far from bustling Novy Arbat Street was constructed in 1952 and opened as a hotel in 1957.
