The intricate forms of the bright multicolored onion-shaped domes (cupolas) of St. Basil’s Cathedral are well recognized in the whole world and attracts millions of tourists to Moscow, Russia. Had been built in middle of 16th century to represent the Heavenly Jerusalem and commemorate the conquest of the Kazan Khanate (ancient Tatar kingdom of Volga Bulgaria) by the first Tsar of All the Rus (Russia), Ivan IV The Terrible, St. Basil’s Cathedral is rightly regarded as a one of the Seven Wonders in the World.
