River Palace boat and restaurant locked in the ice at the frozen berth "Kievsky Railway Station" at Berezhkovskaya embankment of Moscow River (Moskva River) at the blue hour in a cold winter evening. The old steel arch footbridge enclosed in a modern glass canopy illuminated with spotlights of different colors is in the background of the picture.
