St. Nicholas Church on Bersenevka
The front view from the main porch of the beautiful church of Saint Nicholas on Bersenvka street (Bersenevskaya emb.) frames with trees. The church was constructed in middle of 17th century in the Russian ornamental "uzorochye" style with featured elaborately decorated kokoshniks at the base of the domes and colorful details around the windows. In ancient times this place was occupied by the St. Nicholas monastery, and the church dedicated to St. Nicholas probably existed since the 15th century.
