Close up view of a light drum of one of five heads of the church of St. George on Pskov Hill at Varvarka street decorated with a belt of arches and columns (arcature-columnar belt) in snowfall on a winter day. It is topped with an elegant onion-shaped blue cupola (dome) decorated with gilded stars and surrounded by the rows of Moscow keel-shaped kokoshniks at the bottom (on the picture can be seen only the one in a row). These decorative elements are typical for the architecture of 17 century called Russian Uzorchiye (pattern-work) style.
