The view from the Red Square on the Entrance to the building of the Main Department store GUM known formerly as the Upper Trading Rows built between 1890 and 1893. The façade of the building extends for 242 m (794 ft) along the eastern side of Red Square.

It is the side of the former walls of Surpukhov Kremlin and former market place (posad) where the church was built in 1854 on means of the honored citizen of Serpukhov city and successful merchant and industrialist, Nikholai Konshin.
