Vladimir
Vladimir, one of the towns in Russia’s celebrated “Golden Ring”, is an ancient city whose white-stone architectural monuments have inspired Russian architecture and art for centuries. Russian chronicles first make mention of Vladimir in accounts from the year 990, when it was supposedly founded by Prince Vladimir Sviatoslavich.
