View from observation deck of Sparrow Hills on the modern skyscrapers of the Moscow International Business Centre (MIBC) also known as "Moskva-City" (Moscow City) framed by trees in a summer season. It was founded in 1996 west of the Third Ring Road in the Presnensky District of the Central Administrative Okrug, Moscow's city center.
