Overlooking Architectural Ensemble of St. Euthymius Monastery

The view from terrace of the archimandrite’s mansion on the architectural ensemble of St. Euthymius Monastery of Our Savior under cirrus clouds. From the left to the right on the picture: the tent-shaped Church of the Assumption (Uspenskaya Church) constructed in 1525, the Cathedral of the Transfiguration (Spaso-Preobrazhensky cathedral) built in 1594 (the church with green and gold domes), and the monastery’s bell tower with three arched bays built in 16th – 17th centuries.
