Monasteries and Churches of Suzdal in Springtime

A bird's eye view from a 72-meter-tall bell tower of the Rizopolozhensky Monastery on the numerous churches and monasteries of Suzdal in spring. The tent-roof bell-tower and a church with black onion domes of St. Alexander Nevsky Monastery located the high bank of Kamenka River is on the foreground of the picture, and just behind it, on the lower riverbank, there is Pokrovsky Convent (Convent of the Intercession) with another tent-roof bell-tower and a big church with helmet-shape gilded dome.
