Livadia

One of the most wonderful places on the South coast of Crimean peninsula is the village of Livadia, located just a few kilometers from the city of Yalta, the pearl of the Russian resort on the Black Sea.

A special charm of Livadia is attached to the park, which was laid almost 150 years ago. Here the path begins - the Solar (Tsarskaya) trail with the length of 6700 meters.

In the park is located the white-stone Livadia Palace, which served as a summer residence for Russian emperors in the 19th - 20th centuries. It is not just the most beautiful architectural installation of Crimea's southern coast, but also an important historical monument. Here, Allied leaders defined the fate of the post-WWII world.

This area is known for its rich history, and the local amazing nature has always inspired artists and poets, writers and composers. Travelers from all over the world come here to admire the beautiful architecture of the Livadia Palace, take a walk through the beautiful park surrounding the palace, breathe the clean and healing sea air.
