Virgin of Yakhroma with Selected Saints Icon (Suzdal)

Icon of the Virgin of the Yakhroma with Selected Saints is the exhibit on display at the Gold Treasury of St. Euthymius monastery in Suzdal. The icon dated to the early XVI century is framed in the mounting with a reliquary ark. The icon is a piece of art and jewelry. The icon painted by oil paints on a wooden panel, and the mounting with reliquary made of silver using techniques of casting, engraving, filigree, enameling, and gilding.
