Moscow is the business, scientific, cultural and tourist center of Russia, in addition to being the capital. It was first mentioned in the chronicles in 1147. The city was founded by the prince of Suzdal, Yuri Dolgoruki. The favorable geographical position at the crossing of important trade routes and in between the two rivers - Oka and Volga - contributed to fast development and growth of the city, which is now the largest city in Russia.

As your personal guide and driver I will handle any transportation needed to show you Moscow, which is considered one of the most beautiful cities of the world. During our driving and walking tours around the city you will become acquainted with many famous Russian landmarks, such as the Kremlin, the fabulous domes of Saint-Basil's cathedral, the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, Novodevichiy Convent and Cemetery, Old Arbat street, Sparrow hill, and many of Moscow's historical buildings.

For your safety and convenience, I can accompany you to the best museums and art galleries, parks and palaces in and outside the city providing professional driving skills, information and translation needs during our excursions.

If you want to see any performances in Moscow, for example the Bolshoi Theater, I can book tickets for you in advance. I can also provide any transportation needs for you on this evening and more. I can show you our beautiful city at night-- believe me, it is gorgeous - something very different from the daytime with empty roads and beautiful lighting on many wonderful buildings!

If you want to buy souvenirs or any goods in Moscow, I'll be happy to be your personal shopping guide to the best stores, markets or malls as a local who knows the places to buy, prices and quality of goods.

To see Moscow's nightlife I can show or accompany you to the best restaurants or clubs in Moscow where you can relax after a day of sightseeing.

If you do not have a lot of time in Moscow I can give advice and organize your travel days to visit the most interesting sights so you will have the best impressions from your Moscow trip.

If you are on Arthur's website reading this email, then look no further! He is all you will need for a successful trip to Moscow. Transportation, tours, adventures and dining will all be incredible.
Arthur took us to Sergiyev Posad about an hour North of Moscow for an unforgettable tour of the monastery. We guarantee you will be moved and never want to leave.
We also took both a day and night tour of this beautiful city, including the subway. Arthur has his favorite stations, trust him, each one is more beautiful than the next.
Book early, as we waited too late and were only able to spend one day with Arthur, our loss. But with his help, advice and suggestions we were able to travel around the city with ease during the remainder of our visit.
Don't take a chance with someone else and let your time in Moscow be less than perfect. Arthur will be the ideal driver, guide and even photographer.
