Arthur is so friendly and warm, it was as if we were being shown Moscow by a relative, although much more knowledgeable and a better photographer than any relative of mine. His insights, knowledge of Moscow and its history, and his command of English make him the perfect guide. And the pictures he took for us made the trip even more special. If you want a memorable visit to Moscow, you must experience it with Arthur. I can't recommend him enough.

Kind, intelligent, funny, professional, with very personal approach to his guests (you don’t feel as a client with him). He loves his country and loves Moscow. The schedule for my business trip was challenging - many meetings in only two full days with the additional request of seeing as much of the key sights of Moscow as time would allow. Having not been to Moscow or Russia before, it would have been difficult and stressful to even find my way around. Not only did Arthur get me to all my meetings on time (despite the infamous Moscow traffic), he also helped me see some of the best of Moscow and even made a CD of the photos he took to help me remember the trip. While I was setting up the details of my visit over email before I left the US, I appreciated how responsive and detailed Arthur was in quickly answering and addressing all of my questions and concerns. And I'm happy to report that the morning I spent with Arthur exceeded my expectations! I had an incredible visit and everything worked out perfectly, thanks to Arthur and his insightful, efficient services. Unfortunately, I only had a brief layover in the city, but we were able to make the most of my time there. (Even squeezed in two trips to Red Square because it was dark at 6:00 in the morning... so we went back just before heading back to the airport and now I have "night" shots and day shots!) Arthur’s suburb photography skills come as a nice added bonus in addition to his extensive knowledge of the country, its history, and famous landmarks. I have always been drawn to Russia because of its interesting story of which much of it has been misunderstood by the rest of the world. After reading your commentary about the war in the Caucasus, I agree that the western media gives Russia no chance at explaining itself as expected. But thanks to your site, people who really want to know the complete picture can have access to the other side of Russia which is often not told.
