From the meeting at the airport to catching a train to Nizhny Novgorod Arthur took care of everything. Being English I feel that our customer service standards have slipped, but it is a breath of fresh air to find this standard of exceptional service does still exist! Without Arthur my trip to Russia would have been very mediocre, as I was travelling alone to visit a friend. Please if you are travelling to Moscow don't take a chance book Arthur; he is not only an excellent driver and guide with a geat deal of enthusiasm and passion for his city but also a gentleman and a friend. Arthur was very knowledgeable and able to show and explain to me the main sights including Red Square, the Kremlin and the Metro. Arthur was great and I would recommend him to you.
