Arthur is very reliable and courteous and punctual and very helpful. Hiring Arthur is a great introduction to Russia Moscow he showed me around and taught me a few words in Russian as we drove, took me to all the shops, sights and museums. If I had questions about anything he is always willing to find out the information and send it to me via email or bring it in hard copy. I would recommend hiring him if you need a driver, tour guide, translator, in Moscow. Yours truly Nancy MacNeill

I recently returned from doing an independent adoption in Russia. While in Moscow, I chose to use the services of Arthur Loukianov. I would highly recommend anyone needing services in Moscow to contact Arthur. As a single mom traveling alone the courtesy alone that Arthur showed was very appreciated. My flight did not arrive in Moscow until very late, Arthur was waiting. Arthur was in the lobby waiting for us the next morning and had already spoken with the Embassy doctors so they were expecting us. After the doctors appointment, we drove over to the Embassy to file the papers. Arthur again took us back for our visa interview. The next morning, I had to be at the airport around 5am, once again Arthur was waiting in the lobby for us. Arthur is very polite, very helpful and very talkative. He knows alot about Moscow, is a good driver and genuinely seems to want to help with anything you may need. I was short on time but he managed to squeeze in a short tour of the Kremlin, Red Square and a few other attractions. His fees are very reasonable and I feel he is also very dependable.<br />

He was punctual, excellent English and courteous. He went above and beyond the requirements of a regular driver helping our Gramma in and out of the car, ensuring she was comfortable in the car, and guiding her around during tours. We would not hesitate to use him again in the future and highly recommend him

I just came back from a trip to Kyrgyzstan with a short stop in Moscow. Before leaving,I found Arthur's web site and decide to hire him for a pick up at the airport and a Moscow tour.It was my first time in Moscow and Arthur gave me an excellent service, friendly, efficient,he gave me the opportunity to discover Moscow in a short time, providing all the informations I needed and helped me a lot when my flight was cancelled on my return date.It was the most efficient way for me to discover this town and I was lucky to choose Arthur with the short amount of time available.I will recommand his services and having somebody who know Moscow very well and drive you around is an uncredible help, those who went there will understand me.Don't hesitate if you need a driver,Arthur will provide the best service.

How lucky we were to find Arthur's website! We just adopted two beautiful Russian children in November of 2003. I really don't know how we would have made it in Moscow without Arthur. It was like having a friend guide you. He brought us to the Filatov Clinic and secured us an examination for the children--even though we were late and had no appointment. He placed us in the right line outside the American Embassy and escorted us to McDonalds with the children while we were waiting for our final appointment. I was sick and he took me to the pharmacy for some antibiotics. We were concerned about spending too much eating out so he pushed the cart for us at a huge and wonderful Russian supermarket. And to top it off, he gave us a traffic-free early morning last minute run through Moscow that was breathtaking. Moreover, Arthur is a safe and intelligent driver--a unique characteristic, you will see, for a Russian motorist. And all this at very reasonable rates.
It was very important for us too to feel comfortable with the person we would be spending hours with and intrusting the details of such an important part of our lives--and I guess we lucked out. Arthur is a very charming guy--a cross between Robert Redford and Michael J. Fox, in a Russian style. And best of all, he is good with children.
Feel free to e-mail us with any questions you might have about he services.
