We learned about Arthurs services in an unfortunate way. After reading a few stories about how Arthur was involved with a young boy who was sent back to Russia from America alone on a plane we decided to use his services while we were in Moscow. My young son and I are sponsors of SOS Children’s Village and during or down time from visiting the SOS Children’s Village in Tomilino we decided to book Arthur services to take my mother for a tour of Moscow. Little did Arthur know we had some sort of connection, because my son and I just happen to be the sponsor to the same child. Arthur knew we were visiting the children’s village but I would always use the child’s birth name because he is no long recognized by his former name and I believe Arthur never connected. I showed Arthur a picture of my son and the boy and referred to the boy by his real name and then informed Arthur who this child was by his former adopted name. Arthur seemed very pleased and happy to see the boys smiling face and to hear that he is doing just fine and wonderful. The service he provided my family was wonderful and the way he treated my 8 year old son was just fantastic! It was a pleasure and honor to meet this man. I will highly recommend my new friends service to anyone traveling to Moscow for wonderful experience!

Arthur is not only a great guide he is a great person. He is knowledgeable, easy going, responded to our needs for when to eat, what to see, and worked with us at our own pace. He was extremely helpful when it came to transportation and everything else we needed. I would recommend him to my friends definitely and will call him again when I visit the city.

Arthur did a fantastic job for us. We had 12 hours in Moscow, six of which were committed to seeing our son's concert...so Arthur had less than six hours to show us Moscow. And he did a fine job of it. We had some wild drivers in Russia. Arthur was not one of them. He was safe and sane on the road. Arthur went the extra mile at each opportunity, from picking us up on the platform when we arrived at the train station, to escorting us to our cabin and making sure the steward had our dinner order on our departing train. Great service, good humor, a torrent of facts and figures about everything we saw, there is no way we could have gotten more out of our time in Moscow. Highly recommended!

I visited Moscow in late March, 2013 and Arthur was recommended by my St Petersburg guide. I am a hobbyist photographer and I was interested to find out that Arthur was also 'into' photography, so I keenly awaited meeting him and being guided around Moscow for 3 days. Well, what can I say? I could not have done what I did without Arthur! An amazing time, amazing sites and an excellent guide. We had fun, we hammed it up for each other and we both learnt new aspects of photography from each other. I hope to return to Moscow sometime and would not hesitate for one millisecond in engaging Arthur again. It's worth it, even if to just hear him swear at the infamous traffic! Большое спасибо, Arthur!

This was my second time using Arthur's services - this time with a group of 7 people, and I found him every bit as impressive the second time around. He is one of those people that was simply born to do this job, and has all the necessary skills. He's thoughtful and accommodating, very knowledgeable, passionate about his city, and just great fun to be around. A great bonus is his photography skills and the fact that he willingly shares all his photos of your trip with you at no extra charge. You can easily hire many guides that would be adequate, but if you want something extra-special for your trip, then Arthur is your guy!
