My mum and I went on a night tour of Moscow with Arthur. At first we were a bit apprehensive as there were no reviews on Tripadvisor, but we are so glad we booked with Arthur as this turned out to be our FAVOURITE tour in Moscow.

Arthur was very knowledgeable about the city and it's history, and is also a fantastic photographer!

We only wished we had booked Arthur for our tour of the Kremlin the following day, as he knew much more about the Kremlin than even our Kremlin guide.

We both enjoyed the night tour very much and would highly recommend Arthur!!

My wife and I had the very good fortune to hire Arthur as our guide and driver during our visit to Moscow in September 2013. He has and excellent command of English, knows a
great deal about the history of Russia both past and present.
He visited all the sights we wanted to see and interesting ones along the way that enhanced our trip. His driving skills are made us feel safe and secure. Arthur is also an excellent photographer who
never rushed us when we wanted to take "one more shot", and provided us with many many photos he took along the way. He was on time,
didn't watch the clock, and our tours were always longer than the time we agreed upon. I would unhesitatingly recommend him for any visits to Moscow and the surrounding areas that you plan to take.

Arthur provided my husband and I with a perfect tour to the Golden Ring towns of Vladimir and Suzdal. It was the highlight of our trip to Russia.
His enthusiasm, knowledge and organisation were superb. He understood our needs and provided a wealth of information appropriate to the sights. We had time to explore all the historic locations and appreciate the amazing history, Russian architecture and art as well as visit the top class museums. Because of his photographic skills, Arthur took us to special photogenic locations ensuring that the photographic record of our journey was first rate. Last but not least, having a guide who could translate Russian into English so skilfully was invaluable and deepened our whole Russian experience.

Arthur was a fantastic help to my parents and my mother in-law when they visited Moscow. My mother in-law has some mobility issues and Arthur could not have been more helpful in assisting with the wheelchair, ensuring that guards opened gates so they could drive into the red square and Victory Park, and that my mother in-law was able to see as much of Moscow as anyone else. My parents also had a great time and enjoyed Arthur's knowledge of the history of Moscow, as well as his excellent photography skills. Thank you Arthur!

We were prompted to make plans to visit Moscow this year when our daughter Elizabeth was invited to attend a medical conference in June 2013. Our friends Richard and Stacey Host had visited Moscow in February 2013 and recommended Arthur.
It was the best decision. In three days we saw so much and learnt so much about Russian history and its impact and connections with our own history.
We firstly visited St Petersburg for three days on our own and then travelled to Moscow by the fast train Sapsan. Arthur was there to greet us and immediately took us to Red Square, St. Basil's Cathedral and GUM Department Store. After a quick lunch we visited the vast Moscow Kremlin with all its fascinating buildings. Arthur explained a lot of things to us and took lots of photos. He then drove us to our hotel and helped us check in.
The next day Arthur took us Novodevichy Convent and Cemetery. Many famous people are buried in the cemetery. Later we went to Sparrow Hills and Victory Park (WWII memorial). The peace and beauty of the convent on a sunny day was special in contrast to sadness of the Victory Park with its Hall of Memory and Sorrows. The Museum and collection of military vehicles (including the famous T34 tank) and aircraft was very interesting.
On Friday we did a Countryside tour to Sergiyev Posad (Russian Jerusalem). It was lovely to be out of the city and to enjoy the country area. We finished off the day by walking round the All-Russia Exhibition centre (VDNKh). Once more Arthur drove us back to hotel.
What a great experience! Thank you Arthur for your Tour Guiding competence, friendly accepting character and great photographs. We highly recommend him.
