«Pretty Ducks in Freezing River»

The poor little ducks are trying to catch food in extreme weather conditions under heavy snowfall, when Moskva-Reka (Moscow River) started to freeze with temperatures -5..-3 C (23…26 F). Why haven't they flown South and what it will happen with them?! Photo #118 was taken on December 08, 2012 in front of Cathedral of Christ the Savior during Moscow city tour with my Dear clients from Malaysia.
