Arthur speaks good english, is dependable and informative about the histoiry and living today in Russia, not just tourist sites. He is a wonderful photographer and assists you with getting the best shots. As a single, 72 yr. old woman, I felt completely safe with his excellent driving and capable organization. He even helped me purchase a new camera, something I could not have done on my own in a place where no
English was spoken. I am recommending Arthur to all my traveling friends. His services are reasonable and he is an excellent guide.
