The Belorussky (Belorussia) Railway Station was built in 1870 and reconstructed in 1909, and is considered to be one of the nicest Moscow railway stations (there are 9 in all). It is located on the area between the Tverskaya street and the Leningradsky prospect (avenue). In 1945 the trains with Russian army, which captured Berlin, arrived to this station. Nowadays most of the trains to Europe departs from Belorussky station.
