The building of the Presidium of the Russian Academy of Sciences with strange golden top was built in 1980. Ącademy is a highest educational level in Russiaia and it includes many scientifical institutes in different parts of Russia. It is about 500 academicians and 300 institutions in Russia. Russian Academy of Sciences was established by Peter the Great (First) in 1724 in St. Petersburg.
