This photo of the wooden churches I took inside of the museum of wooden architecture and peasants' life in Suzdal. It was the evening and a bit dark, so the picture was not so good and I tried to correct levels, contrast, light, saturation and, of course, reduce noise here. The museum of wooden architecture was organized in 1960-es, because Suzdal has not preserved such monuments. Wooden churches, houses and household buildings have been moved from the villages where they are perishing. Two churches of the 18th century - the church of the Transfiguration and the church of the Resurrection are the compositional center of the museum. The church of the Transfiguration (in front of the picture) is of special interest as a sample of a multi-tiered beautifully decorated village church.
